Hello All,

We now have the ability to embed youtube clips in posts.

When posting, you'll see a new "Youtube" button in the menu bar.
Click on that button and paste the link between the code.
**Use the link and not the embed code from youtube.

In honor of our newfound YouTube ability, I have posted the SouthPark ninja-song for Walker, Scott, and Jarlo.  This version even has the English translation (as you might expect, the lyrics are somewhat explicit, so be forewarned)!  Subarashii (chin chin mono)!

P.S.: Cartman's tattoo is the kanji for "flavor."

I can't seem to play any of the video that has been embedded.  I can see the pic of the video, but can't click on any of it to start it.  I tried rt clicking the video and clicked settings, but then I couldn't click on any of that window.  Is anyone else having any problems?

Oh that's weird.  I just tried Jim's video below and it works.  So I can't watch the video in the regular thread but I can view it if I'm replying and scroll down to the topic summary.  Now I'm really confused.

Hello,

I use Firefox as well and I don't have that issue. It could be server lag on youtube's server. Sometimes it takes a few moments to load the video if there is a large load on the server.

Let me know if you continue to have this problem and I'll look into it further.

All the best.

It shouldn't be an issue like the admin stated and I use both as well, but I haven't used Firefox since the enabling of youtube videos.

Sometimes youtube does some weird things, I dont know if they change codes or have done something on the backend.  Sometimes Ill post something and embedding will work one day and the next day it wont. Wish I could provide more help. You might want to make sure Firefox has the latest updates, thats the only thing I can think of.

When i first switched to firefox, i had to download a codec, and something from the microsoft website to view embedded content.

Google it, thats how i did it, to get it to work. (but my issues were with embedded microsoft video player, not flash player)
