Hi Everybody,

In your opinion what are the most realistics double stick drills to later use the learnt ability in combat?

Is someone training the zulu stickfighting?

The most combat efficient sinawalli combos are kob kob (like a jab cross) and just making the X with the right, then with the left. Gives you a lot of distance and you won't get tangled up.
  We do Zulu stick fighting sparring in class here and again. Great training.
