If the picture is available on another website, right-click on the picture and select "Copy Image Address" from the pull-down menu (I use Safari, so your browser might phrase this command a bit differently). Then, in the text box for your post, click on the third box from the left just above the smily faces (the one with an icon that looks like a photo of a landscape; it should be underneath the "underline" button). Paste the image address in between the "img" and "/img" text that appears in brackets.

If you have a personal photo you want to link, you'll need to first upload it to a website like Photobucket and then link it to the web address they give you using the instructions above.
