Thought this was a good introduction to hand-fighting, and reminds me of a Dumog drill I've seen Guro Inosanto teach on one of his videos. Just wondering how this might change if striking was involved? Thoughts?

I think that's a really great video.
As far as integrating and changing it with strikes, that's a good question.
For myself I prefer to be all the way in or all the way out. Handfighting would be equivalent to sitting in the pocket and the pocket is where many people have maximum power.
Double biceps control in the pocket is a great instance, but without using head control he can easily recover to a better and more dominant position.

This is for sport wrestling, but can be applied in a striking situation. BUT YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE AT CLOSE RANGE WITH STRIKING INCLUDED!  Hand fighting is important, but many MMA gyms still separate kickboxing, sport wrestling/clinch, and sport grappling. It should all be melded together with striking always included. For us, with self-defense as our primary objective, we need to include groin strikes, eye gouges, and bite defense.
