They are pretty bada$$!
I have had a Bubba Dummy for a bit now and I must say that I have not put it through as tough a workout as Burton does in these DVD's. He's had his Bubba for six years and it still takes that kind of beating!? No other endorsements are needed...
A lot of good basic BJJ techniques are shown, BUT Burton really shows how to make them effective, especially the Triangle and the rear naked chokes. The street techniques are good as well, I never really have practiced eye swipes or groin strikes before, now I will...sorry Bubba!!
The throws look pretty good, but I think they are the hardest to do effectively with Bubba since you have to prop him up and then throw him.
Anyways a DVD set that is long over due!
Oh and the Silat Head Throw looks BRUTAL!!...which makes me beg for the Silat for the street set to be released
