Yes I second that. Very good information from cover to cover.

We worked on re enforcing those rules tonight...The guys really liked jumping each other while trying to spar.

I found all the information in the newsletter very informative.. but I am going to be honest.. The "No Gossip Rule" stood out above the rest.. I think it one of those things that more people need to think about.. I am taking a big step to work on it.. and hopefully use that time to train.. thank you for all the information..  Smile

I'm glad that the newsletter was helpful. It is so easy to forget those "street rules" and just do MMA!

Miranda, yes, a great thing to work on!

CM- Toupee is spelled with a double e.  Very Happy
