Hi there,

As I'm sure that most of you are aware, I suffer from a lower back problem that has made my training not only inconsistant but forced me to lay off any type of strength training programe. Crying or Very sad

What type of strength training programe to you guys use in Hawaii? I have read many strength training articles in relation to MMA and they all profess to be the best and discuss why this is so and why everyone else's probgam is bad. Me good. Everyone else bad mentality! Wink

My Physio at that time recomended I not do any mass movements (deadlift squat etc.) anymore.  Crying or Very sad  However the local Physio's are not exactly renowned for giving in depth information on a program to strengthen your back after thay have worked with you and taken much of your hard earned cash! Wink  Evil or Very Mad

Many thanks in advance for your help,

As Jack Johnston plays in the background, I count six weeks until my visit to Hawaii.  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy

I hear a mini heat wave is coming our way. Sixteen degrees here we come. Wink  Laughing

Take care,

Keith

Sixteen degrees?  Bust out the sunscreen!  I know a person here who specializes in giving weight routines to strengthen difficult areas of the body.  Maybe we can visit him during your stay.  Aloha!
