“We’ve been watching Burton for many years as a man obviously really living the famous words “Using no way as a way, having no limitation as limitation”. His way searching for truth in the martial arts seemed similar to ours. When planning our 20 years foundation jubilee in 2008, we decided to invite him as instructor for our jubilee seminar. We never met him personally before and it would be the first time having Burton as a seminar instructor in Germany.
We met a really great person, authentic, open minded, sincere, skilled and knowledgeable in the reality based martial arts at a level we never experienced before, inspiring all of us with his enthusiasm and also through his clear, well structured and sympathetic teaching methods.
