• No returns.
• No exchanges unless item is defective.
• Non-insured orders will not be resent if lost by the post office. 
• All physical orders come with a tracking number which is emailed to you automatically when the item ships. 
• No returns/exchanges/refunds on our Online Courses. By placing an order, customers expressly consent to immediate delivery of all digital content purchased.
• By placing an order, EU customers waive their right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directives 2011/83/EU once delivery of the digital content has begun. 

In the rare instances where a refund is approved, processing fees and/or shipping fees will be deducted from the total purchase amount as per current industry standards.
